i want to change my lifestyle. i believe your body is a temple, you should cherish it, and keep it healthy. my blog is my journey through losing weight, and yes it is a thinspirtation. once you are happy as yourself everything else falls right into place. So this blog is a motivation blog, i look on here every so often to read through to get me motivated to lose weight. i hate seeing pictures of skinny girls because they are abusing their bodies. healthy girls are what i look for ones who earn to get not starve to achieve. i hope you're looking through this for motivation.
